Drone delivery beats a road vehicle in three situations: the road access is genuinely poor, the payload is genuinely time-critical, or the value density is genuinely high. Everywhere else, a truck wins — and we will tell you that.
So our network is being built around medical logistics, tribal-district access and monsoon-season resilience first. Commercial cargo follows once the corridor and the economics are proven, not before.

Three tiers
Regional hub — Bhopal
Fleet operations centre, maintenance bay, battery farm, mission control, charging and payload handling, and the regulatory desk that files every authorisation.
City nodes
Indore, Jabalpur and Gwalior. Launch and recovery pad, battery swap, local crew, and cross-dock with a road logistics partner for the final leg.
Spoke pads
District and rural pads at community health centres, mandis and warehouses. Geo-fenced, camera-monitored, standard container interface.

Where BVLOS stands in India today
Beyond Visual Line of Sight operation is the technology that makes long-range drone logistics economic. In India it is currently authorised through a small number of approved corridors and specific operator authorisations — it is not a general permission any operator can assume.
Madhya Pradesh does not yet have an approved commercial BVLOS corridor. We are building the safety record, the airspace study and the ground-risk assessment required to apply for one, in partnership with state departments.
Until that approval exists, our logistics operations run within visual line of sight. Anyone telling you otherwise in this state is describing something they are not authorised to do.

- A Safety Management System with named accountable manager

Commercial model: a monthly availability retainer covering standing cost, plus a per-sortie fee. That structure keeps the aircraft and crew genuinely on standby rather than nominally available.
